Should I Still File For Social Security Disability Even Though I Am Expected To Recover?

by admin on May 2, 2012

You should still apply for social security disability even if you are expected to only be disabled for at least a year. If you do happen to recover then you can receive a closed period of disability.

If your recovery does not go well, then reopening your Social Security Disability claim after it has already been previously granted and won is much easier than having to go through the entire process again.
