A Maximum Workers’ Compensation Rate Has Been Established

by admin on April 4, 2012

Because it is required under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act, the Department of Labor and Industry has made the 2011 determination for the statewide weekly wage for injuries that have occurred on or after January 1st, 2011, and it is to be $858.00 per week.

This is the maximum compensation rate for any kind of work-related injury that happened in 2011. Insurance providers reimbursement rates will rise by 1.5% as well, for updating the payment rates of medical treatment.
